DFX有体系吗?

很多尝试DFX的企业都感到无法落地:尽管反复宣讲DFX的理念,多次举行相关的培训或工作坊,结果依然是白茫茫一片真干净。

1.研发部门没有积极性:

  • DFX提案和功能要求矛盾
  • DFX提案对“降本”(仅仅看直接的物料成本)的KPI没有贡献,费心费力做了设计变更,领导根本看不到这些努力。

2.内部制造部门无从推动:

  • 零件合并提案有助于简化装配但被研发拒绝
  • 减少装配方向的提案又被研发拒绝
  • 减少分离紧固件的提案还被研发拒绝

3.外部供应链无从配合:

  • DFM报告里提案的改变卡扣方向可以减少模具滑块机构,客户拒绝。
  • DFM报告里提案的对于有相互位置精度要求的局部特征,修改一下设计,便于放到模具同一侧成形,客户没有回应,导致大批量生产时的工艺参数窗口过窄,良率难以提高。

所以这些企业开始求助于“DFX体系”,希望借助于流程管理来“强推”。要导入DFX体系提高设计方案的“可制造性”从而“降本增效”。

从个人经验来看,有点乌托邦。
因为迄今为止,DFX就没有过“行之有效的体系”。

Senior Mechanical Engineer Recruitment

1、Senior Mechanical Engineer (Cooling system engineer):

This Senior Mechanical Engineer must understand and capture the cooling unit needs, requirement and design activities. Fluent and thermal knowledge will be basic skill.

KARS (but are not limited to):

  • Lead to develop and maintain cooling product quality;
  • Providing guidance and requirements to new cooling unit development in order to improve quality;
  • According to project strategy to draft project implementation plan and organize team members to accomplish team goal
  • Lead to develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, serviceability, warranty, cost and manufacturability;
  • Lead to develop engineering design concepts for components and mechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for usability, precision, reliability, cost and schedule;
  • Design assurance and design control/process compliance;
  • Be in charge of cooling unit field issue analysis and problem solving;
  • Review analysis of current cooling unit system and new system design by FMEA Analysis tools;
  • Influencing cross-functional teams to implement quality actions;
  • Supporting supplier screening and supplier development
  • Working closely with Cooling unit supplier to ensure the product assembly quality;

Qualifications:

  • PHD or Master in thermal Engineering / thermodynamics / hydromechanics or related Mechanical Engineering major;
  • Background knowledge about hydromechanics, fluid dynamic, heat transfer theory;
  • Versed in Oil or water cooling unit system design and application;
  • Versed in cooling system with good knowledge about exchanger calculation and design;
  • Versed in cooling system performance test and be able to set up test environment according to test scope;
  • Basis knowledge of electrical control system and at least familiar with one common engineering control method e.g. PLC, TIA-Portal;
  • Experienced in FEA method: mechanical related FEA, CFD;
  • Experienced in calibrating calculation method/simulation when compare with test result;
  • Experienced in hydraulic standard parts: check value, releasing valve, pressure regulating valve, fan, pump etc.
  • Experience with fixture and Jig design for product;
  • Familiar with at least one mechanical design software, SOLIDEDGE, SOLIDWORKS or PROE;
  • Familiar at least one FEA software: ANSYS, ABAQUS, FlowEFD, COMSOL etc;
  • Familiar with machining process for turning, welding structure parts;
  • Good English in both spoken and written.

2、Senior Mechanical Engineer (Fluent Simulation Engineer):

This Senior Mechanical Engineer must understand and capture the cooling unit needs, requirement and design activities. Fluent simulation and thermal knowledge will be basic skill.

KARS (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain cooling product quality;
  • Conducting analysis of current cooling unit system and new system design using FMEA Analysis tools;
  • Providing guidance and requirements to new cooling unit development in order to improve quality;
  • Develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, serviceability, warranty, cost and manufacturability;
  • Develop engineering design concepts for components and mechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for usability, precision, reliability, cost and schedule;
  • Design assurance and design control/process compliance;
  • Be in charge of cooling unit performance simulation and testing / Verification;
  • Influencing cross-functional teams to implement quality actions;
  • Working closely with Cooling unit supplier to guide supplier for product quality improvement;

3、Senior Mechanical Engineer (Pump Development Engineer):

This Senior Mechanical Engineer must understand and capture the pump needs, requirement and design activities. Pump Design and application knowledge will be basic skill.

KARS (but are not limited to):

  • Lead to develop and maintain Pump product quality;
  • Providing guidance and requirements to new pump development in order to improve quality;
  • Design assurance and design control/process compliance;
  • Developing engineering design concepts for pumps that have tough requirements for usability, precision, reliability, cost and schedule;
  • Developing innovative pump designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, serviceability, warranty, cost and manufacturability, for all cooling units;
  • Conducting analysis of current pump and new product reliability using FMEA Analysis tools;
  • Working closely with Pump supplier to ensure the pump performance and stable quality;
  • Supporting pump supplier screening and supplier development;
  • Support field issue analysis and problem solving;
  • Influencing cross-functional teams to implement quality actions;

Qualifications:

  • PHD or Master in Fluid Machinery and Engineering or related Mechanical Engineering major;
  • Background knowledge about Fluid Machinery development principle;
  • Versed in design work for centrifugal pump, gear pump and screw pump etc.
  • Versed in Pump performance test and be able to set up test environment according to test scope;
  • Experienced in calibrating calculation method/simulation when compare with test result;
  • Experienced in hydraulic standard parts: check value, releasing valve, pressure regulating valve, fan, pump etc.
  • Experience with fixture and Jig design for product;
  • Familiar with at least one mechanical design software, SOLIDEDGE, SOLIDWORKS or PROE;
